there are half a dozen post topics swirling around in my head but it's been really difficult to get myself to sit in front of a monitor this week. spring has finally arrived here in ohio and we are taking full advantage of the nice weather. we have been keeping busy with strolls through the neighborhood, picking flowers (violets and dandelions), visiting the animals at the zoo, pretending to be pirates in the backyard, eating jeni's ice cream, swinging by our favorite playgrounds and subsequently, neglecting piles of laundry.
i felt a little bad about having so much fun with the kids while hubby was hard at work. but then he texted me this photo (he was in california for business), and i stopped feeling guilty!
